GTA 5 For Super Low PC’s 4.4 [Hotfix]


To help gamers that are in love with GTA V but have no money to get a good pc, we built this simple mod to help you get the best graphic that possible. The framerate will be increased with no corruption in the game. You will enjoy it perfectly cuz we have tested it with lots of type of environment.

My mod does not support cracked version and keeps with the games updates
Basic needed: You need a windows 7 64bit or it wont work.

How to install
1. Open OpenIV. Turn on “Edit mode”
2. Drag and drop (or use Add New File feature - Green Plus Button)
- 6 files into OpenIVGTAVupdateupdate.rpfcommondata

- All Files from each folder must go into it’s corresponding location listed below

3. Open up Documents then browse to Rockstar GamesGTA V and then replace or place settings.xml there.
4. Close OpenIV and Done.

How to know if this mod is working?
you would probably run gta 5 around 15 fps with mod
to check FPS steam version: Shift+Tab. There's a setting in there to show FPS

(v4,4) Hotfix Update!
-Set 1/2 frame scaling in settings.xml to simulate 400x300 resolution when in 800x600 fullscreen mode. Improves fps by 5%

-Fixed To Dark Night and too Bright Days
-Fixed windowed mode issues

-Added a timecycle mod, only one modded weather so far as this part is just being worked on. Change weather to Clear using a trainer or mod menu.
-Decreased Far Clip to 500, original is 10000, don’t know why but this function is not working ingame.
-Turned off Water Reflection and Global Reflection.
-Disabled Occlusion and DoF.
-New materials>procedural.meta file, this file we removed all weeds, grass, and ground detail like trash and littered garbage on streets or atleast lowered density of them.
-Decreased the intensity of Lights
-Decreased the range lights are seen as this can drop fps a tiny bit due to the far rendering.
-Possibly, lower view distance making fps a bit more stable.
-Fixed Invisible /transparent vehicles
-Fixed Ped LOD Distance
-Decreased Number of Rain Particles and disabled some heightmap reflection.
